As a rare Washington DC native I have been especially passionate about this particular music scene. I’ve also seen some world-class bands fade away from a lack of exposure. This is heart-breaking and never should happen. This is exactly why I want to introduce you to some of the hottest artists in and around the Washington DC area. Click here.
“Painstate" can be equated to the
persistant state of anguish and despair
experienced by those of us who
struggle with depression, anxiety, or
any other mental, emotional, social, or
physical impairment for that matter. Fantasy Trantham is Painstate, a solo artist from Austin, TX producing deliciously dark music. Order your instant digital download PDF file then enjoy reading her interview. Click here.
Among Nocturnazine's top collabs/friendships is Scott Baker Graham. Scott video interviewed me just after I had published my song titled "Drift Away". Within the interview you will also learn the full back story on the shutting down of Procession Magazine, its related impacts, and today's results. Watch.
Since then Scott and I have combined forces within his "Independent Artists Unite" video interview series. Subscribe.
Surprisingly even to me I wrote and recorded a song... but I'm not a musician. "Drift Away" emerged over the past year as a result of a personally disappointing creative project pause. My thoughts were initially collected into words just to help me process through. Shortly following a melody came to me, and also when I decided my words would now become lyrics. Listen.
